covering your rent when you can't...even if you lose your job

troy flora started this conversation
Flora International Inc is developing a program called stop loss assurance. The program is a membership base program that incorporates many aspects of insurance, credit, social services from both private and government that covers the rent when people can't.   When people have temporary difficulties and need assistance, Stop Loss Assurance will automatically pay the Landlord/property management upon them giving us a list of tenants that don’t pay their rent on time. This program has no cost to the property owners/ management staff.  Stop Loss Assurance has a few programs that will help the people get to where they want and need to be.All loans through Stop Loss Assurance have a limited time line of 12 months at 0% apr. That’s right, no interest loans to help them out, They just have a small processing fee to maintain the services. Some of the Free services to all members are, Free personal, relationship and financial counseling and education for all members.Membership programs range from $30.00 to $50.00 per month based on the amount of rent. The contact will be explained in full detail. No small print or surprises. It will be processed through your rental management, slumlord, property owner, or your landowner (who ever it is that takes your rent money from your pocket).

If any one is interested in this program have your landlord, management staff, property owners and/or slumlords contact our development representative troy flora by his email troyflora@yahoo.com or leave a message at (757) 818-8138.

in response to HELPMEEEE...   unfortuantly the stop loss program never got off the ground. i would recommend catholic charites or other local church organizations in your area as well as check with social service programs, you never know what you qualify for if you dont ask what is avaiable and what it takes to qualify.

stop- loss assurance never got off the ground due to lack of backing. the demand is out there but our small staff had trouble getting enough money to run a full scale pilot program. how ever if there is backing out there I would gladly share all our data to support this program and at the former president i will continue to push to make this a future program, that i believe in. until then i recogmend getting with a budget and a debt management plan that incorperates savings for future problems. I have just finshed a book that i have been working on for 3 years titled getting control the complete guide to getting yourself out of horrible debt. currently on amazon in paperback. i will expand my assistance for future programs and will continue to help any way i can.

in response to cutypie...   All the help seems to go to single mothers, veterans, and the elderly. A single person capable of working, who has no children and no veteran status but who is just "finding it hard find a job" and get from day to day, gets little assistance from any agencies. These individuals are the ignored poor.

 in response to buford...

Thank you buford for your advice. i post this blog as an addition to my many business ventures. I do have a difficult  time with proofreading. and i thank you for your assistance. if you have good proofreading abilities i could use some one like you. some one who is brave enough to speak thier mind. but courteous enough to help them at the same time. what skills do you possess?  I need good people who have a vision for a better future. our goal is to get this country out of debt and assist people on a massive scale to help themselves. we help guide them in the right direction. kinda like you just did to me.  thanks again sir.
